RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Formaer, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made furniture. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please please contact us at info@formaer.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item. To process your claim, we require clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. 

Because each Formaer piece is designed just for you, we are not able to offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect however, we’ll replace it free of charge.
 

Formaer is not responsible for damages caused by improper assembly, misuse, or general wear and tear. Please follow instructions for assembly and after care included with your furniture carefully.
