At Formaer, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made furniture. Therefore, we will accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives faulty or damaged upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please do NOT proceed with assembly and contact us at info@formaer.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item so your return can be processed immediately. 

Because each Formaer piece is designed just for you, we are not able to offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged or is manufactured incorrectly however, we’ll replace it free of charge once your return has been processed. Formaer is however not responsible for damages caused by improper assembly, misuse, or general wear and tear. Please follow instructions for assembly and after care included with your furniture carefully.
