As all our products are made to order, production times vary based on the complexity of the design and the materials chosen. Typically, it takes between four to eight weeks from order confirmation to complete production. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
We partner with trusted local manufacturers and delivery services to ensure safe and efficient shipping. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, standard delivery takes between five to ten business days after production, while express delivery (if available) takes two to five business days. Please note that external factors such as high demand, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions may impact delivery times.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking details via email. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, please notify us within 48 hours, providing photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to repair or replace any damaged items in accordance with our returns policy.
